About Me
Hello!
I’m Denver Nash, a User Experience Researcher.
What I’m doing now
I’m the Lead Researcher for IBM z/OS Container Extensions understanding user needs and generating insights to make the lives of our IBM Z users better.
What I’m passionate about
I have a deep curiosity for people. What makes them tick, what they think, and what makes them do what they do. My background in Psychology helps me understand human behavior, but there's always surprises along the way. I love my job because it gives me the opportunity to give voice to the voiceless. At the end of the day, users' experiences are how we measure success. I love being able to bring about that success for the business and the end users.
accomplishments
My greatest success are always ones that have helped my teammates. As a team lead I was awarded an IBM Outstanding Technical Achievement Award. This was for the work I was able to bring about with my team on the Z Hardware Management Console. I identified our primary users and gaps in our knowledge. This brought about serious improvements to key deliverables. Furthermore, the relationships I built with our technical team was paramount. Generating credibility through research excellence brought about success for everyone.
